Best Cycle Ever Guarantee – Refund Terms & Conditions
Crypto Crew LLC
Last Updated on August 26, 2025
Plain-English Summary
If this isn’t your best cycle ever, and you (1) fully complete and document every step of the Exit Plan Masterclass strategy across your whole portfolio, and (2) prove with verifiable blockchain and historical evidence that your prior cycle strategy performed better, you’ll receive a full refund under these Terms.
To qualify for a refund under the “Best Cycle Ever” guarantee, the purchaser (“Client”) must fully comply with all the conditions outlined below. These terms verify good-faith effort, protect against fraud, and ensure fairness. All claims are subject to strict verification. Non-compliance with any part of these terms voids eligibility.
Course Completion Requirements
- Client must complete 100% of all course modules within 12 months of purchase
- All quizzes, homework, and assignments must be completed and submitted through the course platform
- Completion must be time-stamped and verifiable through the platform’s backend (LMS)
Strategy Implementation
- Client must follow every step of the strategy across their full portfolio (not a single asset)
- Proof of execution must include:
- Blockchain wallet addresses showing holdings before, during, and after the strategy
- Evidence of entries, exits, allocations, and rebalancing activity
- Logs/notes showing when and how every step was executed
Historical Benchmark Requirement
- Client must submit verifiable evidence of a prior cycle exit from 2021 or 2017
- Evidence must include public blockchain addresses, transaction records, documented sell methodology, and proof the strategy was applied across the full portfolio (not one coin)
Outcome Comparison
- Client must show the historical strategy outperformed the course strategy
- Requires total ROI calculations with on-chain proof (screenshots alone are insufficient)
- Comparisons must be net of fees and include tax implications where applicable
Submission & Timing
- Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the defined end of the current market cycle, as set by our internal timeline
- Claims submitted before documented completion of the full strategy are not eligible for review
Fraud & Abuse Prevention
- Screenshots alone will not be accepted as valid evidence
- All submitted data must be verifiable via public blockchain explorers
- Wallets must show consistent history; newly generated addresses without prior activity are grounds for denial
- Any falsified data results in permanent loss of eligibility and potential legal action
Final Determination
- The Company reserves the sole and exclusive right to determine refund eligibility
- Refund decisions are final; no appeals or resubmissions
- If criteria are met, the full course fee will be refunded within 30 business days
Agreement
- By enrolling in the course, Client agrees to these Terms and acknowledges full understanding of the refund policy
Audit and Verification Rights
- We may request brokerage statements, transaction logs, platform analytics, or equivalent third-party records for verification
No Refunds for Strategic Deviation
- Any deviation from the core “When to Exit” strategy (even partial), including mixing in external advice or custom tactics, voids the guarantee
Confidentiality of Strategies
- All materials and strategies in the Masterclass are proprietary. Reverse-engineering, redistribution, or resale disqualifies eligibility
One-Time Refund Eligibility
- Each customer is eligible for one refund claim across all programs; multiple refund attempts are not permitted
Time-Sensitive Evidence Submission
- All documentation for a refund claim must be submitted with the claim and no later than 30 days after the defined cycle end
- Late submissions will not be accepted
Exclusive Remedy
- Refunds under this Guarantee are the Client’s sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the program
Completion Requirement
- Refunds are considered only after full, documented completion of the course and strategy across the Client’s whole portfolio
- Incomplete participation automatically voids eligibility
Proof Requirement
- All claims must include complete, verifiable evidence as defined in these Terms; partial or missing documentation results in automatic denial
Consent at Checkout
- Client affirmatively acknowledges and agrees to these Terms at checkout as a condition of purchase (acceptance is recorded with timestamp, IP, device, and Terms version)
Delivery & Access Evidence
- We record and may submit to payment processors: login history, IPs, device fingerprints, module progress, quiz submissions, download/open events, and support interactions to establish delivery and use
Identity & Wallet Control Verification
- Upon request, Client must prove control of claimed wallets (e.g., signed on-chain message or micro-transaction) and provide identity evidence matching payment details for anti-fraud purposes
Chargeback Policy & Breach
- Initiating a chargeback before completion of the Guarantee review is a material breach of these Terms
- Upon breach: access may be suspended or terminated; we will contest the chargeback and may seek recovery of fees, costs, and outstanding balances to the maximum extent permitted by law
Payment Plans & Failed Payments
- For installment plans, missed or reversed payments may result in access suspension and referral for collection. Refund eligibility applies only to amounts actually paid and only via the Guarantee process
License Revocation on Refund
- If a refund is approved, the license to use all program materials immediately terminates. Client must cease use and delete copies of proprietary materials
Arbitration; Class Action Waiver; Governing Law
- Any dispute relating to the Guarantee or these Terms shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of a reputable forum (e.g., AAA/JAMS)
- Client waives the right to participate in class or representative actions
- Governing law and venue: the laws and courts of [Company State], unless preempted by arbitration rules
Data Use for Dispute Resolution
- Client authorizes the Company to collect, preserve, and share necessary evidence (including logs and verification data) with payment processors and financial institutions solely for dispute resolution and fraud prevention
Entire Agreement; Severability; Updates
- These Terms (including the Summary) constitute the entire refund agreement. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect
- We may update the Terms prospectively; the version accepted at purchase controls your claim
